David Flavell is an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of PepsiCo, Inc., serving as the company’s chief legal officer and corporate secretary to the board.( He assumed the EVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary role in March 2021, and leads PepsiCo’s global Law, Compliance & Ethics and Global Security functions, as well as global crisis management and governance of the PepsiCo board of directors.( In this capacity, he oversees worldwide legal, compliance and ethics matters for PepsiCo’s operations across more than 200 countries and territories.(
